It is by oscar t navarro. it is signed Oscar T Navarro 57 it is of som kids and people in water shearching for somthing. I dont know if maybe they are fishing because thier is a girl with a basket to her left. I was wondering what time frame he painted in-pre war, post war, both? How prolific a painter was he and do his paintings have much value today? Do his paintings have a similar value to Amersolo's? |
